Our Selection Procedure

We realise how important it is to be diligent in our recruitment process and as such all candidates

  1. Complete a written application form, equal opportunities form, criminal record declaration and a literacy and numeracy test
  2. Have their credentials and skills authenticated
  3. Are fully interviewed and assessed
  4. Have relevant skills tested
  5. Have documents checked, copied and verified to prove eligibility to work
  6. Are reference checked for 5 years
  7. Complete a health questionnaire prior to be sent to work
